Semolina Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup durum semolina flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Mix flour, salt, and water in a mixing bowl. Dough should be wet enough to loosely stick together. Add a teaspoon of water at a time if more is needed.

Divide the dough in half and begin kneeding it in the pasta machine on setting 1. When dough comes together, begin increasing roller setting until dough reaches the desired thickness. Cut and hang to dry.
