- 1 teaspoon cardamom seeds
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 2 indian bay leaves
- 2 inch piece of cinnamon stick
Preparation:
Grind all spices together in a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder
