Amogue Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon sweet basil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.
